Refund Policy The Turf & Ornamental Communicators Association does not allow for the refund of membership dues unless there are exceptional circumstances. Where exceptional circumstances can be shown to exist, the pro rata amount of the membership fee not exceeding 6 months may be refunded at the discretion of the Membership Committee.
