TOCA Scholarship Program In 2009 TOCA will award one $2,500 scholarship. College students pursuing a degree in green industry communications, or a related field, (e.g., horticulture, turf management) are encouraged to apply. TOCA is composed of editors, writers, photographers, public relations/advertising practitioners and others involved in green industry communications. The TOCA Publisher's Scholarship is sponsored by GIE Media, Inc., Turnstile Publishing, M2MEDIA360, Questex Media Group, Total Landscape Care magazine, Turf magazine and Golf Course Management magazine.
