Ella Boyden, a public relations and communications officer at Ransomes Jacobsen, Ltd. (part of Textron), has received a stipend from the TOCA Foundation to attend the annual meeting in Cincinnati in late April, early May.

This stipend, part of TOCA’s outreach to international members of TOCA to grow our presence overseas, has been granted in the past two years to TOCA members across the pond. Boyden is based in Suffolk, United Kingdom. The TOCA Foundation was, in part, established a few years to provide these types of opportunities for professional development.
