2020 TOCA Annual Meeting

TOCA Breakfast at the Golf Industry Show

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And while the Golf Industry Show (GIS) focuses on golf, green industry communicators know it’s more of a marathon! Start Jan. 29 off with a hearty meal with friends and colleagues. TOCA Rolls Out New Membership Platform

International Update – Join TOCA at BTME

Are you heading across the pond for the British Turf Management Exhibition, hosted by the British Golf Greenkeepers Association? Join TOCA and TurfNet on Jan. 22, at the Crown Plaza Hotel to celebrate a week of great learning opportunities, new friends and appreciation for the golf greenkeeping industry.

Winter Running: Is it Overrated?

Now that the holidays are over and we’ve given proper reverence to our selected “turkey or other relevant main course,” it’s time to get back to some serious conditioning. REALLY.
Where there is snow on the ground/roadways, running in the northern states can sometimes be challenging. However, wintertime running can be invigorating, as long as you prepare appropriately. (For those of you who live or winter in the South, you can skip to the bottom of this piece as this mostly deals with cold-weather workouts.) Since I winter part time in Florida, I’ll skip that myself.
